I was discharged back in November of 2009...
At the time I filed my income for the year was about $8,300 and that's how much I made all year.
My case was a no-asset and he did not want any of my tax refund...
I don't know what the Ohio exemption was on the refunds but I was surprised how much I got back...
Thanks to Obama's $400 tax credit, and since I turned 25 I got earned income credit and it shot my refund up to $1300....
I think it's a sweet new start to a brand new life, and I bet the trustee didn't even think about the credits I could of claim...
But the money is not in my bank and Im living it up..Not really im saving it up for my new start
