My lawyer filed my bankruptcy this past weekend and my 341 meeting is in a few weeks.
A few questions...if I am not reaffirming my cars and just plan on doing the ride through, how far behind in payments would the repossess my car? Will I be okay? The loans are with Toyota Financial Services and Wachovia Dealer Services?
Does the northern district request bank statements (my lawyer didn't ask for any)?
What should I be prepared with that you experienced that was surprising or unexpected?
