Help, what does this mean on Pacer??

I filed Pro Se and checked pacer today and saw a listing I don't know how to interpret. We filed our reaffirmation paperwork on 2/1 for our house and that is listed but then on 2/3 there is this:

REVIEW of Reaffirmation Agreement - Finding: The reaffirmation agreement has not been reviewed because the agreement is for a consumer debt secured by a mortgage, deed of trust, security deed or other lien on real property. (RE: Reaffirmation Agreement (pro se debtor) 13 ). (ERC) (Entered: 02/03/2010)

Does this mean the court is going to deny our reaffirmation? Other than that everything is smooth moving so far!

i think since you are pro se, you will have to have a hearing with a judge about the reaffirmation (if you had a lawyer, the lawyer would have had to sign a document saying he thinks the reaffirmation is something you can afford). i'd call the clerk to find out.

in any event, what you wrote above is not a final decision of anybody, so don't freak out!
