    Notify the court

I am getting ready to file pro se on Feb 9.

I have a pending lawsuit. Chase Bank sued me. I am including Chase Bank and their attorney on the matrix, but was wondering if I had to include the court as well? I did list the lawsuit on the Statement of Financial Affairs, but I wasn't sure if I should include it on the matrix.

Should I just bring the notice of filing bankruptcy to the clerk of court or should I include them In schedule F and creditor matrix. Thanks

Thanks in advance for any information!

The court is not a creditor so including them in your matrix is not needed.

You can notify the court yourself.
Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
