Just wondering how long the UST is given to respond to our objection to their Motion to Dismiss (or Convert)? We filed our reply on January 8th, 2010 (it was due on the 11th) and the only thing that has happen since is our brief appearance before the Judge was stricken (was to be on the Feb. 1st), which is common. Just wondering if any one knows how long the UST has to respond to our lawyers reply?
