Is the second debtor class done before or after the 341 meeting?

I don't think it matters, so long as it's after filing? It needs to be done within a certain number of weeks after the 341, though you have a while.

Proof of completion of the Financial Management Class must be filed within 45 days after the first date set for the 341 meeting of creditors. You file proof by filing BK Form B23 and listing the certificate number located on your certificate of completion. You don't file the certificate of completion though like you do the credit counseling one - you just file Form B23 certifying that you did complete it. The UST can look at the certificate number listed, and check their system to see if you actually did it so make sure you do.
If you fail to do it, your case can be denied a discharge and closed. You'll then have to file a motion to reopen to obtain a discharge and pay the $260 fee to reopen the case.
