    What happens to my assets?

Ok, I filed on 10/29/09 and my 90 days were up on 2/1/10. I filed my taxes on 2/1/10 and sent a copy over to the trustee. My case has always been listed on Pacer as a no asset case. No creditors have filed any claims at all. Do they have to do this to receive money from the bk estate? The UST was involved for a while (29 days I think) with a presumption of abuse and then removed it, does that affect anything? My tax return will be several thousand dollars and the trustee filed "PRELIMINARY INVENTORY REPORT AND REQUEST FOR NOTICE TO CREDITORS" with the court to go out to the creditors on 2/4/10.

    Thanks
    Filed Chapter 7: 10/29/09 341 Meeting: 12/02/09

Last day for objections: 2/01/10 Discharged: 2/8/10

Did the TT ever tell you anything about your assets. If it is listed as a no-asset and you have heard nothing differnt then there should be nothing else to worry about. Odds are your case should be closed soon.

4/1/09- 341 Hearing: 1 creditor showed up Got to love family feuds
4/2/09- Trustee Report of No Distribution Filed

The trustee told me at the 341 he wanted to see my taxes when I filed them, so I knew that was coming. I read on another post on here though that creditors were suppose to file claim within the 90 day window. Really just curious if that can change if they now switch me to an asset case.
