Then that was obviously false.
Creditors do not show up at 341 meetings.
They come to your house before the 341.
Just kidding.
I have no idea what happened, but would be happy to give my opinion on your original question.

Don't worry - one showed up at ours too - to try to get us to sign a reaffirmation I guess - or make us nervous. It may just be the policy for certain creditors.Filed Ch 7 -- July 9, 2008
