    Here we go!

So we are gathering all our documents up for our attorney and have left him an email but thought I would ask in this forum. On his list of documents needed #2 says Title and Registration for all vehicles (you can request a copy of the title from the lien holder). Does this mean not only do we need our titles for the two things we own an enclosed trailer and an old inoperable car that we need titles for the two vehicles we have financed along with the toy hauler we have and a ATV that are all financed?

Ultimately a good question. Do the best you can trying to gather the info. I did not have to produce a single title to anything I owned. So I think it's a matter of what exactly your attorney is trying to accomplish and why. Getting all this paperwork can be a nightmare and sometimes basically impossible. An old inoperable car? How old? "Old" cars don't even need a title in my state.
