confusing credit card question please help

If your husband losing his corporate AMEX account is your biggest concern, I would recommend not filing bk and look for alternative ways to get rid of your debt.

Calling the credit card companies with an explanation will get you nowhere.

There are several different women in the office where he works that open up the mail each day and they will see where his card gets shut off b/c of the bk. They will then let everyone in the whole place know. There are about 100 employees in the company and he is his boss' right-hand man. He is over most of these people and he doesn't want to loose their respect since he has authority over most of them. This isn't our biggest worry with the bk and we can't avoid filing bk b/c my business just closed and we personally guaranteed most of the debt which is quiet massive. I just feel it isn't fair that he has to suffer at his job b/c of my failed business. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
