    Payday Loan Wants to Reaffirm...

Payday loan company called my atty to reaffirm my loan. They are subsidy of a local credit union so when they called her they used the credit union name instead of the payday loan store name (I wonder why they would do that.....).

So after asking me what I thought of reaffirming the loan and me asking if they would still charge the 260% interest my atty almost blew a gasket! lol

She didn't know they were a payday loan company in disguise. So the reaffirm is a no go right now.

A CU with affiliation to a PD lender? Now that is sleazy.

And the answer would be f(iretr)uck no!
First consult: You go now, no CH 7 for you. You spent entire buffet. 13 has a 95 percent payback. (Owwwch) On to next consult....

Yeah, they thought they were doing people a favor by only charging 260% interest instead of the 520% this is allow in the state of WI.

I would reply back to them and say please send $50.00 fee to review your reaffirmation agreement. If I agree to your terms stated in the reaffirmation agreement provided by your organization I will refund your $50.00. However, if your terms and conditions are not acceptable then your $50.00 is forfeit. LOL
