Ready to File - need old w-2

Ok ready to file but we didn't file state taxes 2006 and 2007. Cant locate 2007 w-2 forms and only those contain state tax info.
Lawyer tells us today to file these taxes first (New Jersey) so he can put we owe. My guess is less than 200 dollars total. I looked around and saw tax9act and similar that claim I can order W-2 for immediate delivery. Is this an option?
I know I could order an wait through IRS but I have a court date for judgment on Feb 11th and have a garnishment currently. I cant afford to wait any longer.
Any ideas?

You must know who the W-2 is from. Go to that employer and simply ask. They have to keep those records. Get a replacement. 'Hub
