selling house after BK

Does anyone have experience with selling there house after a BK.
How did it work, did the mortgage holder give you any problems?
If you didn't reaffirm, were you still able to sell the house no problems?

I sold my house after BK with little problem from the mortgage company. It was the escrow people I had the fight with. This was because I paid the property taxes at time of closing (wed before Thanksgiving), and they paid them December 10. Now I have to fight with the county to get my money back. Just a formality. I would check into this if you have an escrow account. As far as the mortgage company, they were just happy to get their money. Good Luck!
