Hi,
My wife and I are filing Chapter 7 in about two weeks. I just had a look at my credit report online. Our mortgage is current but obviously with non-payment to creditors, the "yellow boxes" are showing up and my score is declining.
Just wondering... what happens to the report after a court discharge? I've read references to it being "wiped cleaned" but I wouldn't think that's the case. Is that true? When they say "fresh start" does that mean the creditor default information is removed? (aside from the BK public record recording)
Thanks
