Reaffirmation paperwork - who sends?

Hi All,
Great info here. Just filed a ch7 on Monday. Talk about stressful! I'm the most stressed I've been in my 31 years of life! So it is up to the mortgage and car note holders to send me the reaffirm paperwork? And if they don't, their bad, not mine? I'm in Northern Indiana...

I reaffirmed my mortgage and the bank's lawyers sent the paperwork to my lawyer. My lawyer had it available for me to sign at the 341.

Don't assume that they are going to as it very well could be your bad, not theirs. If you don't sign the reaffirmation, then it won't be reaffirmed. Secondly, they could deny your request to reaffirm.
