Divorced, Community property state, filing Chapter 7 March 2k10

Car is still in both names with an "OR" Balance owed

28K given to wife(x)as her debt in divorce.

Do I list this debt since I am still on the title?

Will there be an issue if I do not reaffirm?
Do I list any of her cc debts even tho we are now divorced?

How long ago was the divorce? What were the terms that you both agreed to? And have these agreements, if any, been lived up to? Be sure you have copies of all your paperwork regarding the divorce, because you may need to file parts of it with your BK paperwork.

Car and divorce

The divorce was final in Aug 09 and we agreed that the car would go to my wife and paperwork would be done by 12/09.

However, my x can pay the monthly but will not qualify to refinance. Since it is an Or on the title, can she just go to the title co and have my name removed?
