We are going to be filed hopefully sometime in February. There is a possibility of my husband getting a ($1000 - $3000, don't know amount yet) profit sharing check in March. If the bankruptcy is filed how does this work, will they take the money? What if the trustee meeting is done but the BK is not discharged?
