    Discharged!

    YAY!

    So my last day for objections was 1/22- and i kept checking Pacer- and nothing! So today, i call the clerk's office and she said she would check (it happened to be one of her cases) and said she would discharge it. I'm so glad i called!

          5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
          7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
