More $$$$ after filing?
I filed Chapter 7 last month, and my 341 is in early March. My wife and I were under the medium income for our size family by about $2,000 and hopefully the Panel Trustee will accept our expenses as reasonable. We are a single income family and overtime has been about non-existent; however, it may pick-up in February. Does anybody know what can happen if I get a lot of overtime and my paycheck improves for a couple of months (this would be temporary only of course).
#1: Can the trustee ask for additional paycheck stubs after filing?
#2: What can the trustee do if he notices my pay increase after filing (again, this would be temporary only)?
#3: Can the trustee force me into a Chapter 13? (if so, as hard as it will be to do, I will turn down overtime).
