Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

Right! But since the membership count in the Discharged club is smaller than the 60 day club, it doesn't take too many votes!

great to hear pendarus! whoo hoo! lots of discharges today!
almost reminds me of a OBGYN clinic
as for staci, becuase she was too agreesive in trying to get the discharge, we will need her to send in her paperwork to the Club office and verify it for discharge. before that, the 60 Day Club must meet to go over the filing and see if everything is in order for her official removal of the 60 Day Club. that can take up to 45 days. there is a process here folks
and minny is correct, you are not done, DONE. you have a full year your case is still open. lets not get ahead of ourselfs. the clubs can only be pertaining to one type of event only. if you are gonna mess with that then heck why not say im engaged-married-cheating-divorced-dead. get it? it just doesnt work to goup everything together.
staci, you are officially still not done with you bankruptcy. sorry.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

I have to confess-DH wasn't nearly as thrilled about being discharged as I was. Not that he was unhappy about it, just that he hasn't been involved in the process like I was so maybe he didn't realize the significance.
Found out today that I've made some more progress on my credit reports. My IIB vehicle account has been removed from all reports-it was reporting wrong.
