Perhaps a class to help w/ your reading skills is in order? I clearly stated that I hope things DON'T change to put you into financial dispair. I hope you never experience financial woes-you would despise yourself so much that the therapy bills would be unbearable, on top of everything else.

The passing of a loved one is a loss-I've never argued against that. Receiving an inheritance at a time when you are in trouble financially is a blessing. Turning it down does not bring back the loved one.

      Hi Discharged club members,

I respectfully ask to be allowed to enter. The last day for objections to my BK was 12/27.... no objections..

Ok, I know what bkfiler will say, no discharge either.

SO can I just stand around in here until I get the confirmation of the discharge or would it be better for those of us who have "completed" the required 60 days but are not "officially" discharged to have our own club??? Or is that Limbo club thing official???

BKfiler-you keep forgetting one little, but important thing. You can't be in both the 60 day club AND the discharged club. Since you are in the 60 day club, you have no say over the discharged club. Graduating the 60 day club makes one eligible for the discharged club, though it may be more appropriate to say those of us in limbo are 'pledging' the discharged club.

                  Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say thanks for all of your help through this whole process. We received the discharge papers on Tuesday and checked pacer last night and our case has been closed. Again, thanks to everyone on this board for your help. I'm sure we will keep checking back to see how everyone's cases turn out. Hope everyone has a Happy New Year! I know that we will!

                        Stacci,
You have bee discharged and case closed on the same day.....
You can now be a member of the discharged club - they can throw you out - cause your case is closed too......

LOL - only club left is MINE - LIMBO CLUB - the club for people who cases are still open or the year of case being closed is not over yet.

                        WELCOME TO MY WORLD...........

Minny! I thought you were my friend? Would you mind editing your post to NOT give Bkfiler any ideas? Just 'cause I'm closed doesn't mean that I'm NOT discharged. And, if we keep opening up new clubs I don't know that I'll be able to keep up.

Anyone in favor of re-naming this the Discharged And/Or Closed Club-please say Aye!
