Well I am finally at the day, Monday we are filing. I had a question about if they were to come to our home to do a physical appraisal of my belongings, do they notify you they are coming or just show up??
Thanks

Unless you live in Florida Middle or Southern district, you will almost certainly NOT be appraised. Even then, you generally have to be over median, have a business, or have large assets listed on the schedules.
Many people fear this scenario, and usually without any good reason.
If you ARE in FL, in those districts, you will be notified at the 341 meeting if the trustee intends an appraisal. Then they will have the appraiser contact you to set a date.
Again, this is extremely rare in other districts, but rather commonplace in FL Southern and Middle.
