I filed CH 7 2 weeks ago. Does checking PACER give one any tactical advantage or does it just lend some insight into how the TT is planning to handle your case and should I sign up for it and check it noe before the 341 meeting?

There won't usually be a lot there before the 341 unless there is some sort of deficiency with your filing. If you have a lawyer they will get all the notices so PACER would not really be necessary.
Post 341 PACER will allow you to see what the trustee is planning on doing.
Doesn't cost anything to sign up and you only get charged if your use exceeds $10 in a quarter.Case Closed > 2/08/2010
