I am planning to file for Chapter 7 in a month or so, and wanted to get some info from the board members.....can you all post your stats (income/expenses and wether or not you qualified for Ch 7) so I can learn from you guys?

As of now, my expenses are $2200 and my income alone is also $2200 but my girlfriend contributes $300 per month to the bills.....I am thinking I will stop taking money from her and allow my 6 month average in income go down......anyone in the same situation?

We just passed our means test at income $120k. We qualified for a Ch 7 as our mortgage is HUGE, 2 car payments. Didn;t even have to include child support paid or school loans.
