    Need advice

Just set appointment to see atty concerning possibly filing Chapter 7 - what are some questions I should ask the atty to see if this is the one I want to hire. Presently I have two appointments with two different attorneys. I want to be sure I get somebody that knows what they are doing and will give me the best representation.
I have experience on the other side having been the manager of a finance company branch and know that the quality of representation is a real variable.
I am looking for the kind of atty I used to hate. Someone who will push everything to the limits in my favor.
I am self employed as an appraiser, work out of my home and have no real business assets to be concerned with.I have a 1st and 2nd and no equity. I also owe about $1200 on a vehicle of roughly equal value. I have about $31,000 in CC debt. I used to be able to get through the slow times with advances, which I then paid back in the busy times. But now all my CCs have decided I am no longer a good risk and have reduced my lines to what I owe and cutting off my options. They have done this despite me never missing a payment and being completely up to date. They have also increased my interest rates. So as far as I am concerned if they won't follow through on the original agreements, then neither should I. I figure if I wasn't paying out $1,000 a month to the CC cos. I wouldn't need to take advances to cover the payments in slow times and be able to save the money in busier times.
