When I went to the local branch my payment were denied, they have to call customer service then they found out I filed for BK. They gave me this number 8006695224 for phone payment.

Yes, you can do a phone payment for free while you are in BK. I mail my checks in now, as I don't want them pulling money out of my checking account.
On my account, the payment address changed from Dallas to Los Angeles. I didn't notice and mailed the first payment to Dallas, but it was credited nonetheless (I made copies of all my credit card statements, home loan and car payment statements before filing in case I lost online access.)

You should also start getting paper statements in the mail (versus online access). They seem to mail them out the day after they receive your payment.
