Chapter 7 and car Lease
i just filed BK7 and was gonna keep ,my lease until i found out that my agreement goes for anther 18 months past the time I thought it was due
I guess I was suckered in the deal But @ the time I was making good $ and just signed and drive always paying on time . Never read cc statements just had most of them payed automaticly THEN the big BANG came and I found out I was 50Gs in Debt Lost of a lot of income and a car least thats 54 months instead of the 36 months I thought I agrred on.
Now what should I do? I would go to the dealer But I have servere ANGER tendacies and my lose my cool .Or should I just dont pay until April and then turn it in and walk away. I was gonna keep paying until April (the alledged verbal agreement time) Now IM so pissed off at there trickery and partially my stupidity. that I dont want the Auto any more.
Any help or insight would be appreciated
