    Our last day for objections was Sunday, 1/17/10. Since that was a Sunday and yesterday was a holiday, I have been checking pacer through the day. Well, I just checked and now it says....AWAITING CLOSING! YAHOOOOOO! We might be in waiting for closing for a while since we might have an accident settlement coming, which of course the trustee will be interested in if we do, but we are officially

    DISCHARGED!

    Thanks to everyone who responded to many of my early questions. This forum has been wonderful!

              Woohoo congrats
              Started in Chapt 13 Switched to Chapt 7 Discharged 2009 Dec.........Filed New Chapt 13 in 2010 to deal with new surgery bill and stripped second mortgage! The story continues

                It is SUCH a good feeling, and totally a NEW DAY! I was sorting through some old cc statements and bank statements and it felt good to purge it all! My filing cabinet is practically empty! Of course I saved the important items like tax returns, back statements, etc! But, WHEW
