Can anyone else answer my questions? I am so stressed over this whole thing. I can't lose my kids cars. They need them for school. I just don't know what to do.

I tried to help ya out the gate, but once the forum catches hold of your thread they jump in one by one!! Each one has their own experiences to tell ya about and what they think will probably happen. Some that has had similar cases like yours is your best bet!!

Reading everyone's response has helped me calm down. I need to get past the guilt of not paying for things I bought. I live in Michigan, The business is landscaping. DH is the only one that does the work. No employees. We have very little in the way of tools for the business. I do have a lease on a van that we got 1 1/2 years ago that I will want to keep. I can continue the payments. What will happen to that?
