Creditor Matrix - utility providers too?

We are current on the majority of our utilities. Do we still include them on the creditor matrix and/or on the unsecured creditor list?

If you are current you do not need to include the utility.

If you are past due in your payments, then include the utility. You past due amount will be discharged, but you will need to put up a security deposit that is frequently fairly large. That deposit is required right away after filing (something like 20 days). Look at some of AngelinaCatHub's posts regarding their utility deposits.
