Filed CH7 this week and 5 days letter get a letter from the BK court which confirms the filing, no presumption of abuse anf the date of the 341. Is this the letter that is also sent to each and every creditor I have listed on the matrix? I must be naive but I thought every creditor got copies of all the paper work and schedules filed with the BK and apparently says they must demand this from the clerk of courts if they want it. Do many creditors pursue this? My atty told me to stop worrying and just be ready to anser to the UST why my income dropped so precipitously. Makes me feel good when she talks like that but I stillworry about this whole thing. Now how soon does thr TT send me a letter requesting a bunch of papers I gave the atty?

Yes, that's the way it works. They just get the sheet you got. They can get hold of the full petition from the court, but most of them will probably just type your social security number into their computer to see where you turn up on their record of accounts.
