    Old Jetskis and trustee?

Will the Trustee take older (1993 not running) (1991 fair cond.) (1989 good condition)? Anyone have any experiance with a similar situation. I wouldn't say they are worth very much money and I really don't care about them if the trustee did want them, but I don't want to complicate the process and make it drag on longer. I'm in Ohio if that helps, but wondering if anyone else has had similar possesions and went through this. This is a great place to learn and I never knew a Chapter 7 was so involved. My wife had lost her job and the bills are all behind, now student loans are about to run out of forberance so there isn't really another option.

It depends on where you are and which exemptions you will be using. We used the wild card exemption on some things that we didn't really care about just so we wouldn't have any non-exempt assets.

Just give you a place to start. I think NADAguides has some personal watercraft prices.

JMO, I'd really low ball them. It's doubtful your trustee is going to want these things.

      What's your Lawyer say?

He said sell and spend the money, but I think he is being cautious. I don't really want to wait until I sell them to file, and they don't sell for much at all in the spring. NADA said $390-$485 for them.

That's his job. He'd rather you get the benefit of any assets that might get taken.
