Large bill received week before 341

Got it today for $1200 from the hospital where my daugher was in AUGUST. Thought we'd received all the bills from there, as they totaled over $3,000 BEFORE this one, for a one night stay.

My 341 is next Thursday. Contacted lawyer, but she's busy, so while I wait, I knew someone on here may have an idea what happens in a situation like this.
I don't want to "rock the boat" so close to 341, but obviously, without some serious payment arrangements, I can't afford it.

It was incurred in August so you can include it.

Talked to atty, she said what I thought, same thing. Just didn't know if it would require major hoops jumped through so close to 341.

We had a huge amount of medical debt, all on CC's. But, somehow it came up with the trustee about my medical condition (Cystic Fibrosis since birth and bilateral lung transplant 8 years ago which causes a large amount of ongoing medical bills). He was very kind and asked if we had included all the medical bills that we wanted to, I answered yes, because we had. So, I think you can include it without major hoops. Keep us posted. Good luck!
