My expenses add up to $2090 per month. My income (pre tax) is $2150. Will I be forced into Chapter 13 or will I be able to file Chapter 7?

Does the 2090 include your taxes?

However even if it does you'd probably be a good case for a Ch7 but you should consult with an attorney in your area as some of what you count as expenses may or may not be allowed in your area. Most will give a free initial consultation, and I'd see 3-5 if possible.
