Signed my petition today. should be filed over the weekend. had a long talk with the Attourneys wife, while signing. aparently the courts are bombarded with filers. over 1000 have filed in the 2 county area since the 1st of the year. the trustees are moving them through like cattle. I kept stating my concern about being scrutinized by the UST. I was told dont worry about him (insert name here) my attourney is friends with him and his cases are never challenged. and the panel trustees are terrified of my attourney, because if any of them object, he sues them to make case law, and they always lose, so they don't like the negative attention. said my case is a piece of cake. sure glad i found this guy.

Sounds great.. great atty. to have with the trustee on his side!
We waited 9 weeks from filing for date due to all the filers, but our trustee reported us no distribution same day!
