Just got home from town, opened my email and there was a letter from our attorney saying that we had been discharged! Woo Hoo! She said we are done, don't need to send in our tax return or anything else! We filed 10-12-09. 341 mtg was 11/12 and Discharge was 1/11/10! Our case went from no asset to asset pending our tax return, but our attorney said that because the judge discharged our case, we were through! I am so glad! Thank you for all the advice! Couldn't have got through without all of you!!!!
