Relief from stay

I checked our status on Pacer today and boy was I surprised. The bank we had our car financed with had already filed a relief from stay for our vehicle when we were not late on our payments. Our attorney talked him into a reaffirmation agreement which we decided not to sign and we gave the car back to them. We were upside down in it anyway. Anyway, when I checked Pacer today the banks attorney has filed another relief from stay on the vehicle that we traded in to purchase the one we gave back to them. How crazy is that? We haven't seen that vehicle since the day we traded it and did not have it financed through their bank to begin with. What should we do? Will this nightmare ever end?
