    It's OVER!

    I don't know where to start! My last day of objections was 1/4/10 and I didn't see anything all week. So I decided to email my attorney Friday night. Well they made a magical call to the court house this morning (Monday am). SO I decided to check pacer and what do you know:

    I'm DISCHARGED and the case is CLOSED all in one day! What a way to start my week! I can't expalin how I feel right now to know it's over! I feel like a new person in a way

            thanks for everyone's support and congratulations! you all will soon be there yourself! just don't stress out through the process, it's definetely not worth it. at some points, i even forgot i was in BK. the only way i remembered was i didn't have all the bills to pay!

                Whoooaaaa!! Give me your lawyer's phone number!!

                I emailed my lawyer last Friday too. No answer from him yet. I also called trustee's office and the clerk's office. I got an update on my lagging case on Saturday night on pacer!!!!! It seems the case got lost in the shuffle and the 341 that was HELD was not posted back in 10/23.

                I called the courts this am, and was told the discharge won't post to pacer for about 11 days because the 341 HELD was posted on 1/9/2010........

                Drowningindebt!! Maybe I could get your lawyer to call the courts, hey!!:

                    4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
                    5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
                    7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
                    7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!
