Can I still get student loans after Ch7 or 13?

I have been in the dental field for a while, but only make $2100 per month. I would like to go back to school and get an undergraduate degree and eventually enter dental school after taking the Dental Admissions Test. Can I still get student loans for this even if Im in BK?

Typically, yes. The ability to get student loan has nothing to do with your credit worthiness. However, I would strongly encourage you to approach you education economically and view student loans as the LAST resort for funding your education. Especially at the undergraduate level, the cost of the education is not worth the income you will get from it.
