Motion of presumed abuse

I just want to double check on how long the UST has to act from when they file a motion of presumed abuse. My motion of presumed abuse by the UST was filed on 12/12/09, I believe they only have 30 days to dismiss my case, which should be 1/11/2010. Is this right or do they have more time than that? So far there has been nothing else filed in Pacer, other than the amendments by my attorney.

That's correct. 10 days from the 341 to file the "Presumption of Abuse", then 30 days after that to either dismiss or convert.
