I have no idea, with Obamas withholding change last year, whether I will get a tax refund and how much it will be. If I wait to file until after I get my refund and the money is all spent fairly quickly, will I be in some kind of trouble? We will be using the money to secure living arrangements, put down security deposits, and rent a moving truck to move to another state. I know I need to file here in Alabama before we move, so I will have to pay everything for the move in advance. Is this legal?

Thanks for the link! As far as I can tell, if I spend my tax money to relocate to an area where employment opportunities are better and I am being foreclosed on here and having to file BK due to financial hardship caused by lack of employment, I should be okay.Comment
