Received Discharge papers, but BOA & Wells address is unknown??

My papers say I have to mail a copy to the two creditors that the courts could not contact. interesting since both filed a motion with the courts, meaning they had to get paperwork right? Anyhow, what do I do now? If the courts can not find the correct address for these two finanacial giants how will I? If I send it to the wrong address since they have several, per the discharge docs they can come back after me??? What is up with this in Missouri? Are the courts crazy to say they can not find two huge banks, but the banks have responded to their mail out per pacer? Geesh...

Mom' it must be a Missouri thing. LOL.

I would mail as per your Court letter or whatever. Get on PACER if they did respond to the Court in some way. Use that address and CC it to the Court or whomever sent you this order or letter.

Does not make sense to me. B of A???? Come on....

Anyway, I would not take this too seriously and contact who you can. Call or go online to find out who or what the C.E.O. is and send direct. Green card and all will sure stand up in any Court.

(One day, I'll tell you how we got BCBS at a bargain rate by bitsing to the CEO.)

also, for these biggies, the courts have an electronic address where they serve them. some clerk in the court must have blacked out for a moment...maybe just call the court and ask them to serve them electronically.
