I all reality is the lookback period at the most 6 months>?
My atty said 90 days. I have a no cash advances and maybe one large purchase $500 during the last 90 days.
But 6 months ago I paid for a vacation that was $4k (and made large payments to pay it off since I paid for a group of 4 and was reimbursed for it). Eek. Now I am nervous.
I am not planning on filing for at least 90 days from now so that the one larger purchase will fall out of the 90 days window.
I am in Mass. Can anyone share with me your real life exp? Did the ttee request additional statements, any creditors object and what happened.
Again, I am a nervous nelly and my atty is cool as a cucomber
