    **Discharged and Indebted**

    Wow. That was fast!

    I took a moment to glance through my previous threads. I'm rather amused by my transformation! I initially exerted unnecessary fear-based emotion into this process. Thankfully, logic and business-minded focus prevailed. Not only did I surrender my house and financial struggle, I surrendered my fears. In doing so, I have achieved a grand celebratory loss. Free of fear (and free of debt), I proudly and confidently embark upon my financial fresh start.

    I'm officially free of burdensome debt while happily indebted to the BK Forum.

              Congratulations!!
              4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
              5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
              7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
              7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!
