had 341 today for Ch 7. Filed on Nov 10. Failed business caused 110K in personal loan guarantees plus some credit cards and an underwater home to surrender. We have a 70K income which is under median for family of 4 in Ohio. Trustee asked for additional documents on Christmas Eve and needed them by Jan. 4. Got all documents to trustee on Dec. 29. I'm thinking something red flagged my case, and I prepared for an intense interrogation today. Got just a few questions about my income. I am an independent contractor and have all monies paid to a single person LLC. I then pay myself a set salary and use the rest for legit business expenses like rent, accounting fees and basic supplies. Asked if I had any accounts receivable I said, "No, I don't bill for services,(I do eye exams at Lenscrafters and commercial optical stores) I get payment in full by cash or check at days end. The "cash" word caused a couple extra questions and made me wish I had never uttered it, but nothing more. Then I was dismissed and told good luck. Attorney says its just a matter of waiting the 60 days now. OK, that went too quick and easy for what I expected. Do trustees look any closer at anything in the next 60 days, or are we simply waiting for creditor objections. No creditors were present today. Can a trustee change their mind during the 60 days? Its just hard to think all my preparation and worry was dismissed that quickly. Any reassurance will ease my 60 day wait.

My situation was very close to yours....from the failed business to the personal guarantees to the trustee asking for more documentation and finally worring about the 341 meeting.
Well, I worried all the way to discharge and it was a complete waste of time....don't let it get to you too.
Congats on being in the 60 day club....live a happy life knowing your debts will soon be gone...let the BK process grind through the system without you worrying about it on a daily basis....life is too short.
