We filed Nov 21st, 341 scheduled for Jan. 21st.
We are finally under 3 weeks away.
I check pacer, and theres really been no action on our case, other than Best Buy and that crazy bass & assoc. that everyone mentions filed a notice of apperance.
I'm trying not to be too worried about that one, we always tried to make ample payments before falling behind.
I'm sure no case is typical, but is there a flurry of action closer to your court date if people are going to object or anything?
