My last day for objections is tomorrow, how long for discharge?

I filed in early oct, had 341 early nov, and I belive my 60 days are up tomorrow. 'Last day to oppose discharge or dischargeability is 01/04/2010" When can I expect a discharge?
Also can the US trustee object after the 60 days?
Does the automatic stay expire before or at time of discharge?
I still have a car that I have to surrender so I'm wondering the earliest they can come get it.

"Normally" any day after 60 unless asset or other anomalies. Be patient, our rodents are practicing for your Victory Dance.

The automatic stay is lifted on the discharge. Keep the car and use it until they wish to have it. Protect it though while in your care. Have the bank informed and get a receipt. You both are doing fine. 'Hub

You mean after it's surrendered to inform the bank and get a receipt? I think I am going to call the bank as soon as I get my discharge papers and arrange for a pickup or drop off so I can remove the plates.

Your last update date should change, right? So, it doesn't cost anything to check that in pacer since it's on the first page, correct?

My last day for objections was Jan. 1 and my discharge came on Jan.4 so it should be soon if not already for you! Good Luck

ok, I couldn't stand it... Gave Pacer my debit card # & checked. Well it was just as we suspected..."waiting for discharge" no assets case....
