I saw a similar thread, but I didn't want to hijack it - so...
I've been unemployed for 9 months and have blown through my savings and all my retirement money paying my creditors like a good citizen. Now, I'm broke and I'm filing chapter 7 tomorrow morning. I want to reaffirm my car (which I'm upside down on by approx. $260) so I figure I'd better have some money left over at the end of the month on Schedule J. I live like a monk (a female monk) so my expenses are not that great, and if I'm accurate - and I'm way below the allotments - I have $39 DMI. Is that too much? Is that a good amount? Would they want me to pay a bill with it??????
Thanks!
