    Trustee Orders Us to Vacate House within 24 hours

    Wow what a shocking piece of news that would be.....
    Just got back from the mailbox and the suspense is finally over
    Discharged all done... What a journey from Chapt 13 to a Chapt 7
    and I couldnt have kept my sanity without 1000s of visit to these forums
    I am still sticking around to give advice and help where I can.....

    Started in Chapt 13 Switched to Chapt 7 Discharged 2009 Dec.........Filed New Chapt 13 in 2010 to deal with new surgery bill and stripped second mortgage! The story continues

          hey, careful with that title! some people are now on this forum with close-to panic attacks, and such a title could send them over the edge. you HAVE to include a "just kidding" somewhere within the title or you'll drive some people crazy.

              Sorry all for the headline, Was designed to stir the pot up... I understand the panic on this forum... Been on the top and bottom of the emotion curve... One thing for sure if any new people read this... This forum is awesome and will help you make the choices you need to make. Its not as bad as one thinks when you first get started with bankruptcy..... The thing I dreaded the most was the court visit but when i seen the room packed wall to wall with same stories I have then I felt a little easier bout things. Really has been a journey!

                          How long were you in to the chapter 13 before you converted? Was it hard? I may be doing that later.
