We were just discharged on 12/30/09 and waiting for closing (what ever that is). I had to take an early retirement, and wife got laid off. Just got a motorhome and was making life easier when all of a sudden my 401k/IRA funds were cut in half over the last year. No income, so I had to drawl social security to make ends meet. I think this happens a lot. Was embarrassed to file BK at first, but then said they owe it to me for working hard all our lives. The process couldn't have gone earier. Lost motorhome, car, but that was it. All bills gone except the house. What a relief. Now they need to come and get the car and motorhome, they are in my way. Thanks for all the help during the course. Answered all our questions. I will still be looking through the forums.
